Booking A Hunt: Please give us a call or an e-mail to check availability. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book a hunt. 

Deposits: A 50% Nonrefundable deposit is required and due at time of booking to secure chosen hunts dates. The remaining balance is due upon arrival of your hunt. All payments must be paid by Cash or Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard , American Express and Discover Credit Cards. (There is a 3.5% fee for payment via credit card) Also, please bring cash for any gratuities. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR BALANCE DUE. Hunt packages are non-refundable. 

No Guarantees: Hunts are not guaranteed. 

Non Hunting Guests: Must be discussed and agreed upon during booking and required to pay $250 per night to guarantee a reservation. It is very important we know of any non hunting companions that are coming in advance to ensure there is available bed space, food, etc.

Alcohol and Drugs: We do not provide alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own. Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation. 

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the hunting area and you may not hunt if alcohol is consumed. The use of drugs is strictly prohibited.

Hunting License: A valid hunting license is required in order to hunt.

Wounded Animals: If you wound an animal while hunting and we fail to recover the animal, your hunt is over. Every effort will be made to find it.
